Refund Policy

1. This policy sets out the returns policy for goods or services purchased through the online store operated by sehdigital.co.uk.

2. DIGITAL DOWNLOADS are not eligible for refunds as the buyer will  be in possession of the computer file.   

3. If a DIGITAL DOWNLOAD is faulty, sehdigital.co.uk will offer a replacement which is not faulty.

12. If an item you purchased was in a sale then it may not be eligible for a replacement if you have changed your mind. If you are in any doubt please contact us before making the purchase.
