* What is an ebook?

ebooks are documents that are distributed on the internet.  ebooks are read on a dedicated reading device called an ereader.

* Do I need special software to read ebooks or digital downloads?

PDF is a popular format that almost all ereaders support.

We offer ebooks in PDF format.  This requires no software other than an internet browser.  

For downloading, we will provide you with a link to download your ebook or document when you make a purchase.

* Once I have purchased my ebook/document, how long will it be available?

Digital downloads will have an expiry date attached.  If you have not downloaded your document with seven days, we will get in touch with you to prompt you to execute your download.  

* What are the benefits of reading ebooks/digital documents?

     - ebooks are generally cheaper than paperbacks

     - ebooks are instantly available worldwide

     - convenience as several ebooks can be loaded onto a portable reading device.

     - digital files are quick to download and are available within minutes

* What is the policy on refunds for digital products?

Digital products do not permit refunds, but if an ebook or file is corrupt, we will provide access to a working file.  We do not need to refund the purchase price.

* How do I send a PDF to my tablet or phone?

   - open up the PDF you would like to share

   - on the action bar at the top of the screen, tap the share button

   - select the method for sharing

   - tap share to complete the action
